Why you shouldn’t take yourself too seriously
It was the season of Lent four years ago when my then four-year-old niece Lainey used her charming innocence and candy corn (…yes, candy corn) to teach me an unforgettable lesson.
During this season of Lent, I encourage you to fast from worry and feast on contentment.
Fast from moving at the speed of light and feast on embracing the moment.
Fast from selfishness and feast on sharing.
